Note:
– Juniors can pull in both one junior class and one class in Seniors, both arms
– Seniors can only pull in one weight class
– Classes will only start if there are at least 3 persons registered. If there are not enough registrations you will be offered to move up one weight class
– All participants must be in sportspants, sports shoes and national or club t-shirt

Fees:
Juniors 15 Euro per arm (15 Euro extra to compete in Seniors)
Seniors and masters: One arm 25 Euro / Two arms 40 Euro
(Master who wants to attend Seniors: 15 Euro extra per arm)
